Add balsamic and cook until potatoes are soft. Evenly distribute kohlrabi and fennel on pan, drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and thyme. Bake until fennel is slightly crispy and kohlrabi is soft. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"&gt;For swordfish (approx. 15 min)&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"&gt;Coat a small flat baking pan with olive oil.&amp;nbsp; Place swordfish in center of pan. Sprinkle with lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste. Cook until lightly browned on bottom side and fish is cooked through.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"&gt;For pico (approx 5 min)&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"&gt;Cut cherry tomatoes in half, put in medium bowl. Add chopped cilantro. Throw everything directly into the pan. Cut the potato  and sweet potato into half inch cubes, toss in pan.  Allow potatoes to  cook for 10 min or so, until partially softened.  Chop onion and add to  potatoes.  Chop kale and roasted red pepper and add to pan.  The kale  soaks up olive oil so if it needs a little more to keep from sticking  feel free to add it. At this time add about 1 tsp of cumin, 1 tsp of  garam masala or cinnamon, salt and pepper to taste. Allow to simmer  until potatoes are completely soft.  Add beans and crumble tofu into  pan. Cook for another 5 min stirring all the ingredients together.   Serve hot.
